    I usually do a pull push split , but ever since this social distancing thing , and no more gym , I do upper and lower body workout .     Well , when you’re hungry for tacos but yet you can’t and don’t want to go out to grocery store for unnecessary item , and taco shell is kinda essential for dinner if we want tacos , you ended up making tortilla shell from scratch .     Sourdough Hybrid Sandwich Bread

    I found myself feeding Ben & Jerry quite often these days . For those of you wonder about Ben & Jerry , they’re not the ice cream maker , they’re my sourdough starter .     I didn’t used to be a fan of chicken breast . I think it all changed three years ago , I made the switch from thighs to breast ..😂 I still love the flavor of thighs tho but after weighing which gives me the most benefit , I opt for chicken breast . Why ? Because they’re lean meat , hardly any fat , and high in protein . Thigh is also high in protein but because they’re dark meat , they contains higher fat , a lot higher than the white meat .     This social distancing thing makes it so hard to be on track with macros . With my love for cooking and baking , it gets harder and harder to stick with the plan .
