….that’s what we had for dinner , on this quarantine day who knows what day it is already … 🤷
I chose something easy and doesn’t make me feel bloated . Salad dinner is always a good choice . The protein source is sirloin steak , sometimes I choose chicken or shrimps or scallops . Scallops is one of my favorite !
My hubby grilled the steak , we don’t eat steak that often at all . We used to but it’s been years since we cooked it ourselves .
I added some dressing on my plate which works really great with this steak . Not much to do with steak except for salt and pepper generously . To be honest , I’m not the one usually cook the steak , it is my hubby . So it was good . He was in charge to do it while I did the salad , the dressing and the bread .
I made focaccia to go along with it . My dear girlfriend n I was talking about it this morning and I ended up making it from her recipe she shared with me . It was yummy .
I used spinach , butter lettuce , cucumber and onion . Honestly do anything you like that you have , nothing in particular . Just things you enjoy .
I chose sirloin steak , just used salt and pepper n grill it .
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp each of Dijon mustard , stone ground mustard and balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- Salt n pepper
- 1/4 tsp honey
Mix all ingredients together with whisk .
