    Campfire style chicken pocket

    This was an easy , quick and pretty much with ingredients you have in pantry . Who doesn’t like that ? Not much mess , yummy and quick . Of course I used chicken breast , boneless and skinless , best way to hit protein , the carbs coming from all the veggies which is healthy and nutritious . Overall this dish is pretty healthy , and low fat . The vegetables I used are onion , yellow and orange pepper and then and I threw in some cherry tomatoes .
