Few years ago i started making this home made italian pepper mix . We had so much jalapenos one year from our garden , and you know family of three can only eat so much fresh jalapeno . Some nights , i’d like to cook something that is easy and healthy still . Well .. most of the nights i actually would prefer to cook something easy and quick anyway .
