On new year’s eve i decided to make creme brulee to close our new year’s eve dinner . It was one of Jay’s favorite dessert , he had mentioned so many times , since i haven’t been making it for a while … the last time i made it probably around easter or earlier than that . So i thought .. well why not giving the man a treat .. so i did . Creme Brulee is so easy to make , water bath is a must , to make sure the milk / cream doesn’t curdle .
