From the start until i finish my dishes , it only took me 45 minutes total . And surprisingly there is no garlic or onion in this pasta dish , but it tastes great !! I have nothing else to say , just try it !!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oliviaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/sausage-with-rotini.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-947\" title=\"sausage with rotini\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oliviaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/sausage-with-rotini-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You need :<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp. fennel seed<\/p>\n<p>2-3 chili pepper , i used thai chili<\/p>\n<p>In a pestle or mortar , mash these together really good , set aside .<\/p>\n<p>1 lbs of good quality italian sausage , remove from casing<\/p>\n<p>olive oil<\/p>\n<p>about a glass of white wine<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp. of dried oregano<\/p>\n<p>lemon zest<\/p>\n<p>juice from 1 lemon<\/p>\n<p>grated parmesan cheese<\/p>\n<p>flat leaf parsley , chopped<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp. of butter<\/p>\n<p>In a skillet , heat the olive oil , crumble the sausage , and brown them , add the spices , and cook 5 minutes longer to caramelize them . Add a glass of white wine , and oregano,\u00a0 until it reduced into half , add lemon zest , lemon juice . Then add the pasta ( cook them according to direction , keep about 1\/2 cup of starch water , u might need it later ) , mix well , add butter , parmesan cheese and parsley .
