I supposed you can make it as healthy as you can since it is homemade . I think anything that you make yourself , and you know what ingredients you put in to your cooked \/ baked goods , should be considered healthy ,right ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So , before this year i have never heard of kitchen sink cookies . Short story , i became friends with this older gentleman from the gym , honestly people like him inspired a lot of us younger people . He&#8217;s in his mid 80&#8217;s and still working out . One morning he brought me this &#8216;kitchen sink cookies&#8217; he had bought from local bakery . And i thought it was interesting .. why would they call it kitchen sink ? I assumed because there were so many ingredients in there ? Somewhat like Minestrone .. whatever you have left in the fridge , you make soup from it ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I supposed i was right , there was raisins , oats , coconut flakes , chocolate chip in this cookies . Basically anything i can think of . My family loves it ( is there anything they don&#8217;t like ? LOL ) , my husband thinks this is really good especially since it&#8217;s soft and chewy in the middle . I thought it was okay .. i prefer cookies that are crunchy . Our teenager son also like that , he loves soft and chewy cookies . I guess since i am the only one who prefers crunchy cookies , i normally bake mine few minutes longer . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As long as you have the ingredients for the dough , but don&#8217;t have all coconut , raisins , chocolate , oats , don&#8217;t worry , just skip it and move along . Beat high speed about a minute or so , add the egg and extract until mixture combine . <\/li><li>Add the flour , along with baking powder , baking soda and salt , mix until combined . <\/li><li>Add the coconut flakes , chocolate , raisins and oats . Mix well . <\/li><li>Preheat the oven to 350 F , line a cookie sheet with parchment paper .
