I remember she used to let me lick the leftover chocolate batter from the whisk . I think everyone had this experience when we were younger . I even let my child did the same thing when he was little too . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cake is moist , and it was always fun doing the swirl thing to create the marble effect . Add the eggs , one by one , scrape the side if you need to . Add in the milk and almond extract . Fold the dry ingredients with spatula . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divide half and half , add the cocoa powder to one of them , and mix with spatula . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grease 5&#215;8 loaf pan , line with parchment paper and sprinkle with flour , pour the yellow batter into the pan . Add the chocolate powder in on top , use the toothpick to make swirl in the batter . Bake at 350 F , for 1 hour or so .
