Who doesn&#8217;t like that ? Not much mess , yummy and quick . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course I used chicken breast , boneless and skinless , best way to hit protein , the carbs coming from all the veggies which is healthy and nutritious . Overall this dish is pretty healthy , and low fat . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The vegetables I used are onion , yellow and orange pepper and then and I threw in some cherry tomatoes . The spices obviously is up to you , you can even use taco seasonings from store .
