It&#8217;s really like we live in korea , we cook korean dish almost everyday for the past week , not to mention to make it complete , we even made our own kim chi ! So there i was , hungry for korean famous dish , black bean noodles , i happened to have the sauce on hand , bought it on my trip couple of weeks ago to the korean market .<\/p>\n<p>This dish is surprisingly pretty easy and not messy to make . Just a little prep and voila ,it&#8217;s done , either you can eat it with noodles , or you can eat it with rice .<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oliviaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/black-bean-noodles.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-756\" title=\"black bean noodles\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oliviaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/black-bean-noodles-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here is the recipe<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 lb of pork shoulder , dice<\/p>\n<p>1 cup of potato<\/p>\n<p>1 cup of korean radish<\/p>\n<p>2 cups of red onion<\/p>\n<p>7 tbsp. of black bean paste<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp of sugar<\/p>\n<p>1. Stir fry black bean paste for 1 minute with 1 tbsp vegetable oil , set aside , remove the extra layer of oil on top .Set aside .<\/p>\n<p>2. In a wok , stir fry the pork until it&#8217;s cooked , then add potato and radish , stir fry for 2 minutes , add onion , stir fry for 2 minutes . Add 3 cups of water , 1 chicken bouillon cube , and then let it boil for 10-12 minutes medium heat . Once the vegies are done, add the black bean paste , and sugar . Let it boil again , add few tbsp. cornstarch mixed with water to thicken up the sauce .<\/p>\n<p>3.
