Anyway i decided to try this recipe since it looks so mouthwatering , picture does wonder , you know . But also the ingredients are basically things that you have in the fridge , and i have pretty much everything on hand , except for the chicken . I bought the chicken few days ago , was trying to buy an organic chicken , buy it&#8217;s like buying 3 chicken for the cost of 1 chicken . I found the organic was 3 times the price of the regular one . I ended up picking up $6.00 chicken instead of $17.00 chicken !<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Direction :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1-5 or 6 lbs chicken , organic if you can would be good<\/p>\n<p>3 limes<\/p>\n<p>5 garlic cloves<\/p>\n<p>1-2 tbsp. of olive oil<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. of kosher salt<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. \u00a0of black pepper<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. of cayenne pepper<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp. of chipotle chili powder<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp. of ground cumin<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. of ground coriander<\/p>\n<p>bunch of cilantro<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oliviaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/lime-chicken1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-2346\" alt=\"lime chicken1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oliviaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/lime-chicken1-300x199.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.oliviaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/lime-chicken1-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.oliviaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/lime-chicken1.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>These are the ingredients , some of them , such as garlic and cilantro and olive oil aren&#8217;t pictured ..<\/p>\n<p>1. Make the dry rub , kosher salt , black pepper , ground cayenne , ground chili , ground cumin and coriander . Make the wet marinade , 2 handfuls of cilantro , 5 cloves of garlic and 2 tbsp. of olive oil and juice from 2 limes in the food processor until it all becomes pasty or puree .
