This would be one to try . The only other indian dish that i can make was Tikka Masala , now i can say i can make Kheema . I used extra lean ground beef , i am sure you can try using chicken or lamb too . The rest is just all the spices in the recipe , i hope you have some spice collection or else you&#8217;ll spend some money buying the spices . There are quite a bit of spices used in this recipe , that&#8217;s why it&#8217;s so good though !<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Direction :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1 lb of extra lean ground beef<\/p>\n<p>1 medium onion , finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>5 cloves of garlic , minced<\/p>\n<p>1 inch of ginger , minced<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp. of ground coriander<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. of smoked paprika<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. of \u00a0paprika ( or if you just have paprika , you don&#8217;t have to use smoked paprika )<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. of ground cumin<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. of cayenne pepper<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. of garam masala<\/p>\n<p>salt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>2 medium tomatoes<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup of frozen peas<\/p>\n<p>1 cup of water<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup of cilantro , chopped<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp. of apple cider vinegar<\/p>\n<p>1. In a skillet , heat vegetable oil , about 2 tbsp. Add the onion , cook until golden , then add ginger and garlic , cook for a minute . Then add in the spices . Cook for a minute . Add the ground beef , cook until it&#8217;s no longer pink .<\/p>\n<p>2. Throw the tomatoes in , and add water , bring to boil , then add frozen peas , and simmer , covered partially , for about 10 minutes or so .<\/p>\n<p>3. Stir in the apple cider vinegar and cilantro .
