But this one looks pretty delicious , reminds me of vegetable tempura on food stall . So i thought i should give it a try , super easy and if \u00a0you like squash or don&#8217;t like it .. you will still like it . As they all say &#8221; everything is good fried ! &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>You need :<\/p>\n<p>About 4 yellow squash , cut about 1\/4 inch thickness<\/p>\n<p>3 large eggs<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup of buttermilk<\/p>\n<p>Beat eggs and buttermilk until mixture combine , place the squash in it and toss to coat gently . Let it sit for 30 minutes . Then when you&#8217;re ready , drain , and discard the liquid .<\/p>\n<p>1 cup of yellow cornmeal<\/p>\n<p>1 cup of all purpose flour<\/p>\n<p>3 tbsp. of cajun seasoning<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. of salt<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. of baking powder<\/p>\n<p>Mix all these ingredients together, dredge the squash on the flour mixture . Deep fried for about 2-3 minutes .
