Not many ingredients needed in this dessert , as long as you hhttp:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/ave eggs , milk and cream .. voila .. you can make them . Either made them mocha , or vanilla .. This is the recipe for mocha \/ coffee pots de creme .<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oliviaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/cafe-au-lait-pots-de-creme.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-1248\" title=\"Mocha Pots de Creme\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oliviaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/cafe-au-lait-pots-de-creme-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You will need :<\/p>\n<p>4 &#8211; 4,5 oz ramekin dishes<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup of milk<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup of heavy cream<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp. of light brown sugar<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp. of sugar<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp. of instant coffee<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p>pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p>1 egg and 2 egg yolks<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 325 F , heat water until almost boiling , while you prepare the rest .<\/p>\n<p>In a pot , heat up the milk , cream , sugar , brown sugar , vanilla and salt until just boil . Whisk the eggs . Then temper the eggs , by pouring the milk mixture just a little bit into the egg while keep whisking , then pour the rest of the milk mixture , mix well . Then pour the mixture into the prepared ramkins . Place the ramkins in a roasting pan , fill it up with hot water about half way .
