Rose’s Rice Pudding


3/4 cup of white rice

1/4 tsp. salt

2 cups of milk

1 can 15 oz. of coconut milk

1/4 cup of sugar

1/2 tsp. of ground ginger

1/4 tsp. of ground cinnamon

1/2 cup of raisins

1. Combine rice and water , bring to boil , simmer about 15 minutes or until the water almost dissolves .

2. Add milk . coconut milk , ginger and cinnamon , sugar , cook , stirring often , about 35 minutes , until rice is done and creamy . Add raisins 5 minutes before final cooking time .
