Bulgogi Porkchop w/ pineapple

Ingredients :

4 porkchop

1 can of pineapple chunk

1 red bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

1 onion

bulgogi sauce

Jasmine rice to serve it with

1. In a skillet , brown the pork chop 5 minutes on each side , do not overcook it or it will get dry and too tough to eat .Set aside .

2. In a skillet , add olive oil , stir fry onion until it’s almost caramelize and add the yellow and red pepper into the skillet , along with pineapple chunks , add bulgogi sauce . Add the pork chop and cook for few minutes .

3. Serve it with jasmine rice .
