    There is no exact measurement for this dish either .. just eye ball it yourself You will need : 1 package of pork ribs 2 packages of sour mustard , rinsed 3 times , and chopped 10 cloves of garlic , minced 1/2 inch of smashed ginger water little sugar if needed 1.
